The campus hiring cycle commences when our Corporate Relations office shares the official Recruiter Response Form (RRF). Organizations define their specific talent parameters, competency benchmarks, and compensation structure.

Submission of Job Descriptions (JDs), role specifications, and designated work locations.
CTC structure details including fixed component, incentives, and retention policies.
Eligibility benchmarks, program specialization preferences, and technical prerequisites.

Campus Recruitment Scheduling

Upon receipt of the RRF, the placement team establishes mutual calendar alignment with the recruiter's Talent Acquisition team, reserving dates and facilities across in-person, virtual, or blended evaluation formats.

Finalization of preferred drive mode: In-Person Campus Drive, Virtual, or Hybrid.
Allocation of executive interview boardrooms, computer labs, and auditorium suites.
Verified candidate registration and profile mapping from the central placement portal.
